I would like to give a big thank you to **Bianca Mocke from MWEB**. She was the only consultant who truly assisted me in getting my fibre up and running properly when my network was extremely slow. Bianca took the time to understand the issue and suggested using a free-to-use router, as my existing router was very slow. Thanks to her help and advice, my connection is now working much better. Her service was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. She is an asset to MWEB!
