I would like to commend both Chris and Dipuo for their excellent service
I would like to commend both Chris and Dipuo for their excellent service. Chris provided great and timeous service and was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout. He handled the matter promptly and made the entire experience pleasant and hassle-free. Dipuo also went above and beyond by assisting me after hours yesterday and, importantly, kept to her word by following up and continuing to assist me today until the query was fully resolved. She was professional, friendly, and took ownership of the matter. Both Chris and Dipuo are a great benefit to the team, and I sincerely hope their excellent service, commitment, and professionalism are recognised and rewarded.
