I want my refund! Urgently.

Terrible service. I had the reccuring package and the money was deducted then they cancelled my package and said they never received payment. I spoke to 10 agents and not 1 of them were able to assist me. I spoke to Mikayla and Faranaaz but no assistance. I want my refund and I'm don't want your pathetic service. I work in customer service and you need to train your agents to have customer service etiquette. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told there's no manager on duty, how?! I want my money.
