I want my refund urgent

I'm furious and fustrated with the service I've received from Mweb. They have deducted their payment twice on my account which I can't reverse on the 25th and 26th of this month. On the 27th I was told refunds have been processed to all customers who are affected. When I called them today because I didnt receive my money I'm now told it will take 5 to 10 business days for me to get my refund. I mean how can they inconvenience us like that? As we speak I'm short on my account for my other d/o that means I will have to carry the cost for unpaid fees. This is unfair and unacceptable at all.
