I want my money Mweb (don't trust this ISP with your card details)

This is nonsense, I called Mweb about 3 months back to help me as a ISP. I waited for two months they said nothing didn't even get back to me. I cancel my subscription before they could even bring the fibre and I used a different service provider. However they still deducted 249 rand from my card like what the heck! I called canceled with them and kindly asked them to remove my card cause they didn't help with anything instead they wasted so much of my airtime. I'd like for my money to be refunded. I have proof of this
