I REGRET CHOOSING MWEB!!!

MWEB has the WORST service EVER!!! It has been 3 weeks (from 2 June) since I bought an LTE Router for R2199.00 which is what is required to activate ones product. I HAVE NOT received any communication from them about the progress, I call them TWICE A WEEK every week and all their agents give me different information with regards to their processes. My whole family, especially my sister who is in High School is now suffering because I promised to sort out data issues at home.
