I regret choosing MWeb

Got MWeb Lte for less than two months. Terrible speeds. Extremely slow in the evenings and useless for streaming. Been complaining since the first day. Logged many queries and it seems as if they don't care. The service is appalling . Cancelling this service. Now I also have to pay for the router. It is a truly terrible experience. I regret choosing MWeb.
