I purchased a product from them first mistake

Sadly, I wish I could rate the service I received as zero. I purchased a product from them, which was my first mistake, and I waited 2 extra days to receive it. Despite being delivered, the product does not work. Almost an hour on the phone trying to get to their technical support team. This is because their automated directory is nothing more than outdated and flaw-filled technology.
