I paid a cancellatiin penalty yesterday to cancel my subscription and they still took their monthly amount off at 00:00 last night, they send you an email and tell you to send an email from your email address bit don't provide a email address to send the email to. You phone them and then you run out of airtime cos they take their sweet time to answer, then you try call back and they say they cannot take your call right now... how effing pathetic is that, the ****piest service I've ever come across.
