i owe R 3000????

I have a contract with mweb for almost 2 years now. its a mtn 2gig for R 120 per month. after the 2 gig is finish my limit is R 350. once the R 350 is finish I cannot use the modem till my next recharge after payment which is on the first, I have been using this now for almost 2 years. today I call in to mweb and a lady tells me I owe R 3000 for April?????? how the hell is that possible??? in APRIL my data stopped on the 29th as my limit of R 350 was reached so I waited till the 1st for recharge.<br> <br> this is utter ********, after using this service every month for almost 2 years how can all of a sudden I OWE R 3000???? When every month I pay either my R 120 for the 2 gig or R 350 for my full monthly limit.<br> <br> I really am so upset and angry??? how can mweb and mtn be so terrible and so dumb to just bill me like this.<br> <br> I want an answer asap as I have spent almost R 200 trying to get hold of someone in the call centre only to tell me I oWE R 3000!!!!!<br> <br> when I ask why she says it was open!!! what the hell!!!
