I need my R429 refund

My name is Desiree, 3 months ago I made a fiber order for vumatel 20mbps order via mweb and paid R429, I was later told my area doesn't have coverage and vumatel will have to refund my money back, its been almost 4 months asking for my refund but mweb is taking me from pillar to post, mind you I landed a job/ campaign as a work from home data capture and one of the requirements was internet connection with no less than 20mbps, the mweb agent **** to me and said they provide but when I queried they told me to deal with vumatel and vumatel agents told me mweb has ****med me because they don't provide fiber connection to my area yet
