I need an option for 0 stars

If I could, I would give MWEB 0 stars. I became an MWEB customer in January of this year and to be honest, I regret it. Every week, I have connection issues, where the connection light on my router is red for hours on end even after unplugging from the wall and resetting the router using the small button at the back of it. I cannot explain how annoyed I am. Currently sitting without internet and I use it for work. LOL.
