I just need to cancel my contract please action......

My father has been trying to cancel his mweb contract to no avail. He has tried to phone, I have sent a mail (to ***) and have also sent 2 messages via Facebook. No response at all! My father is a pensioner. Please can this be actioned immediately. Please cancel his contract and debit order on *** You can contact him on his cell phone to confirm - ***. Please note that we are unable to send a form (which wont be actioned anyway according to all the various complaints) due to the lockdown so please action this. Thanks, regards Christelle
