I'm sad that there is an option to give a one star rating. It should be 0. Your customer service is atrocious. How do you expect people to wait for over an hour on your customer service lines? Your WhatsApp chat is even less helpful, asking for the same input over and over again. All your online chat does is apologise for the waiting time. We are in 2026. This is unacceptable.
