I have never been so frustrated,a week without connection

I have never been so frustrated,a week without connection. Struggled to get through the mweb technical team for the whole week,you sit on the line for more than 20 min holding..the chat also not so efficient,when I was about to cancel my contract with mweb finally nomvula rescued me,at least I have a ticket number now *** I will wait for the technician call to come check the fault.
