I have had a worse experience with Mweb

I have had a worse experience with Mweb. Hey have taken it upon themselves to render a service without my permission. I had call them to cancel and was told i could only cancel once i become a client. Before hand i told them i don't want it. They advised someone would call me back, and no1 ever did. They carried on with the Wifi and then billed me for 2 months which i never approve. They have done this to number of clients. Now we sitting with a bill to pay. Very disappointing
