I have explained to them numerous times that I am out of the country (SA) and need my username and password for my wife at home. I have emailed them all the required documents and still they have not helped me in this regard. The process they use to verify identity is unacceptable and borders on incompetence. There are very secure ways to verify identity without the frustration this is causing. They can email me my details to the registered email on their system. Very simple !!!
