I have been a client at Mweb since 2022, and within a period from 2022 my internet charge from openserve, on the package I pay month to month have started at R599 a month and now it Is at R709 a month for 50upload and 50 downloads , several night before I start to work I do a speed test and several times the speed test come back 48 upload and 0.08 download, I am unable to log in my online work application, and all that they do is press a button and reset your line for you, they do not come out or find proper solutions for you as client , but they take your money every month on time. I have phoned several times, sometimes pressing a reset button from a distance is not a option.
