I hate Mweb at this point. I have never experienced anything like this before!!!

Mweb is the pits I tell you. I made a payment today and was told I shouldn’t have made an eft and someone requested a refund on my behalf. No one is able to assist me, like how come? I am sitting here going from pillar to post with no assistance whatsoever. I have been on the phone the whole day with no resolution. I honestly don’t know where else to go because this is not it!!!
