I dont know what's more pathetic the Service or the Network

I am receiving no service from mweb nothing at all, i send a few queries no replies, no call backs and i cant get through. For a few weeks now i have not had access to my Wi-Fi as telkom has been offline. I am a single mum who is working from home and now forced to buy data on my phone to make a hotspot. This is ridiculous why do i pay over R400 if i never have network. I want to cancel this with immediate effect and i will not be paying for a router .
