I don't even want to give Mweb half a star

I have app**** for my fibre the beginning of January already , I need the fibre for work purposes !! They have delivered a router but I am still waiting for them to contact open serve to come and do the installation . I have received notice that wifi is active and I am apparently R799 in arrears for a service that I have not even used. The first agent at at Mweb told me that shoe would make notes but no such thing , I have went through many agents and a lot of damn airtime calling you people. I want service fixed now--- please contact ***
