I AM SO NOT HAPPY WITH MWEB
I have been trying to get hold of MWEB through phone, call, and chat wow they take forever to respond. I was told by Xoliswa that my service will be on it will take few hours but wow its online . This really FRUSTRATING!!! CAN MY SERVICE BE ACTIVATED

I called today and spoke to Zizipho, who informed me that someone would call me back to activate my services after she spoke with the Vuma specialists. That call never came. I’ve wasted my time and airtime for nothing.
To make matters worse, Cleo and Jody simply kept me on the line without providing any real assistance—they didn’t even bother to follow up or call back as promised. This level of service is unacceptable and very frustrating. I expected better from MWEB.
