I am quite disappointed with the service received from Mweb

I am quite disappointed with the service received from Mweb. Apart from holding for 1hr, when I eventually had someone on the line they put me through to the technical support and I held for another 20mins to get someone on the line and when I get to speak to someone they dropped the line. I have been struggling with my internet connection for sometime now. I am appalled to say the least. I tried using their live chat feature on the app and there is no response there either. I have been with Mweb for 4years now and this is the worst service.
