Huge mistake in choosing promotion over changing ISP

Cannot believe how unprofessional MWeb's service is. The company name has changed numerous times over the years & I joined with Dial Up when they were WorldOnLine & have always had the same email address. For ages have been looking for a new ISP & like a fool fell for a recent promotion. No mention initially that my email address would have to change otherwise pay a monthly fee to keep. Chose to change. In writing confirme final date 28Mar22. Today I have no access to old or new. Old account "suspended". Tried calling to no avail. The only guarantee is that I will be charged whatever for no service. I made a terrible mistake - dont fall for their Promotions because they do not record their conversations either & dont care about the customer either.

Fortunately, all the above was resolved & have notified & updated all with new email address. In hind sight not a bad thing & able to hopefully get rid of a lot of nuisance communcations & those not complying with the POPi Act. Only thing to be sorted today is I am unable to access my mail online through the MWeb website which is helpful when not at my computer, but can access my profile which is weird but then maybe linked to Accounts Dept still sending invoices to old email address.

Still cannot access EMails via MWeb website or receiving Statements/Invoices & the technican who I was put through chose instead to hang up, clearly not knowing how to resolve, then phoning back spent more time listening to the pre-recorded message & voice prompts & still didnt get through to Technical. Logged a query via Login on website which I can access & the response was to first connect the router. Again, it appears that whomever also does not read queries & provides useless feedback because I made it abundantly clear that I receiving emails on my desktop & had access to the internet, therefore I believe it obvious that the router is connected & it is a technical issue on MWebs side. EMailed Bramwell in Complaints again & it is anyones guess if he will actually assist.
