How to get customer service from mweb

Hello, I wonder if somebody can help me? I have tried for 3 days to get hold of somebody at mweb, who is my service provider - absolutely nothing works - the whatsapp chat, the 2 phone numbers, email. Everything gets either dropped, or no response. I want to find out about special rates for pensioners. However, if I cannot get hold of them I may have to consider changing my service provider. I think all in all I have spent about 2 hours trying to get somebody.
