How long does it take MWEB to release an e-mail account and add it as an alias to the primary?

How long does it take MWEB to release an e-mail account and add it as an alias to the primary? I was informed on Thursday (4th October 2018) that my mail address ********** will be released and added to my primary account being ********** ********** Well it is now Tuesday afternoon and nothing has happened - not even a response to my online query.....

This is a critical e-mail account and must be operational at all times. clearly MWEB has no feeling for client services.
