How harder can this be?

it is not possible to make contact with you and it is no longer funny, I have now for over two weeks been battling, emails not answered, calls dropped after long hold and I dont know how else to do, I got an email today telling me about the installation and I dont want you to send out people or even router as I do no longer want to continue with your service as I already have a new ISP
