How hard is it to sign up for Mweb fibre??

"you have reached the order limit for this product for your account" I haven't even signed up with Mweb yet (I'm actually struggling just for them to get that error sorted) and already it's an uphill just to get assistance in signing up for one of the fibre packages on offer on the Mweb website. I've been contacted on three occasions, Monday, Tuesday, today, and yet, I am still unable to successfully complete the order. How hard is it Mweb?
