HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE INTERNET PROVIDERS

How is this company even allowed to operate?? Worst experience ever and I am still experiencing it. You can't call for assistance because you need an OTP that comes an hour later. The app got a chat bot that's just as useless. Whatsapp line, useless. Complaints email doesn't even reply. All you get is that automated reply. Installation and one month paid in advance but still not yet live cos I don't have my router. They sending me messages daily on how to set up my router that I do not have. I am ever so ever so ever so sorry I canceled my previous service just to be treated like this. I want my money back! I cringe to think what will happen in the future if I stay with them and need support. Nxa
