Hours delay of fibre connection restoring after loadshedding

According to the helpline it can take up to 2 hours after loadshedding for fibre internet connection to ve restored. Mine takes 3-4 hours - sometimes more.

When I phone and inform them that I am the only unit in my complex still not connected, I just get told to reboot.

I am a radiologist and fibre connection is crutial to be able to see diagnostic imaging for pasient in need of emergency care.

PLEASE SORT IT OUT!
