HOUNDED AND FRUSTRATED BY LEXMED / INTERNET SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD

Up to February 2020, I had a very good business relationship with Mweb (A/C ***) until they were taken over by Internet Solutions Digital (Pty) Ltd. I had subscribed with Mweb for MS Office 365 software program, which I always renewed yearly, at the end of February. When I experienced problems with my DSL line, I cancelled my internet service agreement with Mweb and they returned the Dsl line to Telkom. At the same time I paid Mweb about R2000 to put me on an LTE, which I later withdrew because I was not on their coverage. Presently I am being harrassed and hounded daily by LEXMED debt management who believe that I owe them R523.99 for MS Office 365, which is untrue. They don't want to accept my explanation. I need advice from people who may have experienced the same with this company, otherwise I feel hurt and offended.
