Hosting services

Since we accepted the new hosted platform in July 2015, we haven't been able to be on-line again. We are in the business where we host our clients data for daily use, so on-line is crucial! The IP addresses which were issued to us were mixed-up with another company which resulted us being off-line. Since Tuesday (1 Sept 2015) till Friday (4 Sept 2015) no effort from MWEB Business side resolve this urgently. The management also does not reply on my e-mails. The income from these services forms the bulk of the company's income. So it has a direct link to profitably/job losses!
