Horrific Service, Stay away from the ****ES that don't know what they are doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been battling to sort my internet since the 29th April 2024 today the 09th May 2024 i still have not been assisted.

I spoke to 6 different agent's one with a different story to the other.

I spoke to the below agents.

1. Luwando - Billing 2. Tandiswa - Sales 3. Lamese - Technical support 4. Ramesha - Sales support 5. Kiwe - Sales support - which was actually the worst person in the universe to deal with, she is not only arrogant but lacks the proper knowledge to assist a customer and should not be in sales or any other customer service roles, you will constantly have complaints about her and i hope she get's fired! 6. Fatima - sales support, who conveniently couldn't hear me but i could hear the agents behind her saying 30 more minutes to knock off.

So please do not use MWEB, their agents and their service is pathetic, no one knows what they are speaking about and all they keep saying is the line is deactivated but NO ONE knows why.

I hope that the entire country see's this and you loose a lot of business, so all your useless agents and be unemployed.
