Horrific service from MWEB

A few weeks ago I signed up for a contract for fiber connection with MWEB. I received no technical help, they do not answer their telephones, I had to get a computer technician to call them to try and set up my connection. He spent 2 hours on the phone to an idiot and they promised to get a technician to call me, nobody phoned. So I cancelled the contract as they did not deliver the service I was promised. A contract means that two parties have to deliver a service to each other. If one party does not the contract is null and void. Mweb dont seem to grasp this concept, as i received a threatening sms from them telling me that they are going to put me on the credit bureau if I dont pay them for the connection which never happened, I never was connected, not for a second. I am not paying them for non-service. this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their attitude and service is appalling. And horrifying. Don't go near them whatever you do. They are a non-delivering, ***********, money grabbing company who don't give a **** about their customers. They make a fortune out of ripping people off. More money than subscription fees. They have hardly scored a 1 on Hello Peter, not surprising. I
