Horrific service

<p>I placed an order to set up Mweb's adsl line in january 2017, I was told by customer services that I will be able to use the services by 7-10 working days. It is now the end of febraury 2017 and I have not been able to use the services. Customer care has been useless and have shown no interest in resolving the issue. They have been quick to ask for payment but have done nothing to help me. I urge everyone to not use Mweb as they have terrible customer service and if you do use them it would be beneficial to have a degree in this field so that you can do the job for them. Absolutely ridiculous </p>
