Horrific service

I have logged a call wrt a technical issue on 22/09/23. I called on the 26th and the 27th. When phoning Mweb you have to hang on the line for 15 to 20 minutes before you get someone who you can speak to. I am fed up with hanging on the line on my expense and still nothing is resolved. I now have to purchase data as my fibre is not working. Please call me on ***
