Horrific Customer Service from MWeb

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service I've received at mweb. I moved house and needed my wifi installation done at my new home. I logged the call beginning December we're now a week away from January and multiple calls later holding for almost 30 mins with no assistance. I emailed the moving department and eventually spoke to 1 agent who said they will log an escalation but still no response. I can't tell you the level of frustration over dealt with. I've been a customer for years what on earth could be so difficult about simply moving my account. Jeez! I now need to chase them to keep me as a customer. Its appalling!
