Horrific Customer Service

I would seriously give this company no stars if I could.

What horrible service received.

No contact details for complaints anywhere, including their own website.

All telephone numbers are premium call numbers, which cost a fortune and you're kept on hold for the maximum amount of time.

I will definitely not recommend this company that used to be awesome when they first started and was not part of a conglomerate and has deteriorated so much.

Never got my line moved, they just reactivated my old line and just kept charging me.

Had to eventually pay the early cancellation penalty (ransom) just to get rid of this horrible company.

Hopefully they won't be charging me again next month, I'd hate to go through this drama again.

ISPA here I come.
