HORRID SERVICE - MUTING PHONE CALLS

I have been trying to contact the tech department for 3 days, the call gets answered and then put on mute. what horrible service is that. all good and well to debit your account for the month when you have not even had any internet for half of the month.

It is sad that people have o come to this site to get a response from a company.
