Horrid customer service.

I would have given no stars. We are existing clients. Yet for weeks we have not received any feedback about moving our contract to the new house, we call and keep getting transferred over and over and then the calls just hang. What horrid customer care. We tried cancelling and get an error Message. We are moving tomorrow and now we will have no internet for work on Monday.
