Horrible/ Worst/ Bad / Poor Service

Mweb and Vumatel are the worst. I don't have internet connection for more than a week. I have been trying to contact them without success. They don't value customers. They are not trying to improve their services over the years. They have horrible, worst, bad, poor service.
