Horrible Technical

My LTE-A connection that I use a Huawei Router the speed has changed over 5 days from constant 40mnps to 5mbps or lower. The bars on the router are full. When I contact technical they have no real answer or trying to push the problem back to me. What type of customer service.is this. I want real answers.
