Horrible services from Mweb

Religiously every 3-4 months Mweb messes up my wifi connectivity

Being a client for years, it’s the same issue time in and out. I came home after a long day out with my family to find my red light “no network” off on a Sunday evening The exact same thing happens month in and month out where I come home to no network. Just a few months ago I had to spend double the amount of money in a week on data just to get connectivity after ALREADY paying my monthly wifi subscription

To this day my complaint has never been resolved! I was told that if my wifi is off for more than 3 weeks I was to get a refund I still have never received it and continued paid consistently This really is PATHETIC services
