Horrible service, useless control panel.

Horrible experience, was on the phone for more than an hour to try and get a mailbox sorted, just to be put through to billing to request a refund for a mailbox that I didn't even have for 24 hours just for the call to be dropped. user interface is horrible, don't understand why you can't just setup emails through cPanel... Only reason my service is still there becuase they make it next to impossible to migrate somewhere else becuase of endless getting placed through from one department to another like a ping pong ball, having to verify who you are everyone time you speak to someone new. I don't understand why they even bother offering hosting if there service is so bad.
