Horrible service to new customer

********** service i've been subject to as a new customer. Requested to open an account with them via their online platform. Got account via text and that was it. Installation/Service fee debited no installation Followed up for days for installation which eventually happened a week later after numerous calls. After installation i'm told account will be actve in an hour, a day later account not activated. when i call they just put me on hold for hours on end and hangs up. The shortest call i've held on was 45 minutes, the rest its 1:45 to 2 hours and the call is dropped. Now i have to beg for a service that i paid for. I work from home and not having wifi has rendered me unproductive. Pathetic Mweb pathetic ***
