Horrible Service Provider

HORRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED.

I had a suspended account and was told to contact sales for recapturing. For 3 full days nobody can reactivate my internet connection for me. It was a back and forth from Account and Billing to Sales. The other department stating that the other should connect my services. Meanwhile cancelled my service and placed another order without explanation. Very poor service. Consultants were not well informed with what to do!
