Horrible service provider

I had payment issues for a month or two if I remember correctly but everything is fine now. I’m surprised to see my Wifi off, only realising now payment wasn’t made. I don’t remember cancelling my payment method and now I don’t have Wifi cause of payment methods that have been changed without my knowledge. Can someone call me to explain this?
