Horrible service M-Web / Link Africa

If I could give no stars I would. My son app**** for Fibre through M-Web on 22 July 2019 with Link Africa being the service provider. None of these two companies have made ANY effort to resolve my query on WHEN THE INSTALLATION will actually happen.
