Horrible service. Horrible speeds. Horrible company.

Used mweb for about 3 years and upgraded to 100 mbps fiber line. The results produced 0.9 mbps and was always slow. We then decided to move providers and have cancelled our contract with them, even paid a cancellation fee which we did not agree with as we gave them a month notice (which they ignored) and were within our right to cancel, however, 5 months later they keep charging money and reported to the credit bureau even though we no longer use ANY of their products. It's disgusting that they have treated us so poorly after being with them for such a long period of time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
