Horrible service from Mweb and vumatel

Customer service representatives give false information just to try get rid of you. I had an installation that was not done cause of loadshedding and was told someone would be here after the 2 hours. It is now almost 12 hours since I have been waiting and no one can give me an answer about when they will be coming to finish the installation. One cannot even be put through to a supervisor or manager. The worst I have ever gotten because I work from home and cannot work
